My lecturer, Mr.Lantip Trisunarno told that to manage people in a company is not as easy as people said. To manage human resources need an artistic touch.
For a big company (or even small company) Human Resources Department usually apply a system to manage human resources to face the company goal. They do PDAC or Plan, Do, Act, Control. Other reference said POAC or Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling.
One of famous tool usually apply by human resources department is Balanced Scorecard or BSC. This is an integrated tool to manage and measure performances of employees.
When googling for BSC i found a website that allow visitor to download exel file containing recession scorecard that usually use in crisis management companies. Its very helpful to me to do my college task.
Then i try to search more information and found what i need, its about downturn scorecard that allow me to download a pack include 5 crisis management metrics. I need downturn bcs to do my research in a company that have many problems like data loss, disaster management, etc..
